During the first week of September, I visited Barnes and Noble to order this devotional. I came on the site ready to use my member's card to get 15 percent off. Surely, I did get my 15 percent off and free shipping. As an excited customer, I waited for my devotional to arrive in the mail. The receipt said it would come in 3 to 7 days. After 7 days, I checked the mailbox twice a day. My neighbors probably think I am OCD by now. I did this for two weeks before reviewing my shipping status on Barnes and Noble's website. It said my approximate ship date was September 29. Woah baby! Needless to say, I stopped checking the mail. On September 29, I received the news I had been waiting for: Shipped! I looked at my calendar and counted the days. Ok, my package will arrive between October second through the ninth. I thought, let the mailbox checking begin! Then, I received an email with a tracking number. No worries neighbors, I will only be checking my mailbox once! Currently, my book has traveled from NJ to Panama,IA to Des Moines, IA and by Monday I will have that book in my hands! Oh boy, patience is continually learned. I guess this stems for an excitement to begin the adventure of my first David Nasser devotional. Come along for the ride!
